The negotiation
There I am, standing on top of a Lincoln Navigator in the deep woods of northern Michigan with barely enough cell phone reception to negotiate the sale of my house. One counter offer and a few contingencies later (with several dropped calls in the meantime), we had a deal. I should add that real estate deals abound for the weekend with three other team members getting offers to sell or buy. Can you say "happenin'?"
