Fresh back from moving weekend #1. If you've never been to Decatur, you're missing out. This is one cool town. Thumbs Up Diner serves up a mean breakfast - fresh southern biscuts and all. Yum.On Monday night, we ran into our new friend Brian. (Get this - we met him on a bike trip in Colorado a few weeks back, and he actually lives in Decatur!) Brian and friends took us to Open Mic Night at Eddie's Attic. This tiny club is where the Indigo Girls and John Mayer got their starts. Rumor has it they both still occasionally stop by to play. Listened to some great tunes, drank a beer and a milkshake. Good stuff.
