Shorter hair, holiday fun

There's so much happening around here, and so little blogging going on.  Ah well, 'tis the season.  We are all excited getting ready for a cozy holiday at home. In preparation, A had his first haircut last week.



It went better than expected. I think it was the fun chair that moved up and down. You can see more of the fun here.

I had a wonderful visit to Chicago to see some long-time and wonderful friends. (And got stuck there for an extra day, but that's a story for another time.)

And my belly is growing and growing as it should.



(Here I am with my college roommate, Sharon, whose C-section is scheduled two days before my due date. We would both be thrilled with kids sharing a birthday!)
