It's squash season, and stuff like this is showing up in our CSA box in large quantities. This is a cooking challenge for me. Paul is not a squash fan, so that leaves A and I to eat alotta this stuff. I found a few good recipies here, but I'm definitely going to need to cook and freeze some of this stuff. Any ideas out there?
