I need to brag a bit, as there was a shiny piece of metal lying on our kitchen table last night.

That would be from my hottie, fast husband placing third at the Cayuga Lake Triathlon yesterday! Unfortunately, I don't have any photos because a) it was raining b) A did not love nap time in the rain. But the official Freemantle photographer (you should click there because she's a mean cook and an amazing potter) got some action shots that I'll post later this week.

More good stuff coming tonight, in the form of a drumming video.
